Welcome!!  Thank you for your interest in the flowers and foliage we grow at Cut Flowers by Clear Ridge. Our flowers are available seasonally to wholesale customers and DIY Brides.

Do I have to be a designer to order flowers wholesale?

You DO have to be a designer to place an order.  We offer flowers and foliage to florists and designers only.

How do I know what flowers and foliage is available for sale?

First, you would need to make sure that you are signed up for our availability list.  We update our list weekly and send out an email with the “Subject: Availability for Week of “, every Wednesday.  What we need to add you to our list is Name, Email, Address, and Phone #.  Once you have signed up you will receive weekly availability, coming soon and updates on the happenings at the farm!

How do I place an order?

Once you have received our availability list, you can browse what we have available each week.  Then send us an email with your needs.  We update our availability list as items are sold.  Since we do not have an unlimited supply of flowers and foliage your email serves as a request for purchase.  We will contact you with a confirmation and let you know if we are sold out of anything.  It is a first come, first serve basis, so shop early to ensure you get the product you desire!

Do we deliver?

We do deliver up to 75 miles from our farm in Union Bridge, Maryland. Delivery fees are based on your location and number of deliveries we have going into that area.  For a single order a flat fee of $35 would be charged.  If there is more than one order being delivered in an area, then a flat rate of $15 will be charged. 

Our delivery areas are:
Baltimore/DC/Alexandria on Wednesdays
Frederick/Gaithersburg/Leesburg on Thursdays.

Is there a minimum order for purchases?

We don’t have a minimum order for purchases if you want to pick up at our farm in Union Bridge, Maryland.  If you require delivery, we do have a $100 minimum order for deliveries up to 50 miles from the farm and a $250 minimum order for deliveries up to 75 miles from the farm. 

What are the weekly deadlines for placing orders and delivery?

We post availability on Wednesday afternoon for the upcoming week.  We take orders until the following Tuesday at 12:00 noon for orders being delivered on Wednesday and Wednesday at 12:00 noon for orders being delivered on Thursday.  This is gives us the ability to make sure we have everything processed in time for the deliveries the next day. 

How do I know what flowers you will be growing in the future?

Due to mother nature we can’t always predict exactly when certain flowers will be available.  We do provide a Seasonal Availability List that can give you an idea of when flowers and foliage will be available. 

Can we preorder flowers?

We do accept pre-orders on dahlias only.  You must have been a customer with us for at least one year. Depending on when the pre-order is placed a 50% deposit will be required.  Due to mother nature’s whims there is no guarantee.  Please let us know what you are looking for and we will let you know if its possible.
